Bill Connors

Bill Connors has had a successful career in product development and management, legal and financial functions, and ministry. In 2019, they co-founded Sofia Family, where they served as President & Chief Product Officer. In this role, they drove product development and management efforts, advised the CEO on strategic initiatives, and oversaw corporate legal and financial functions. From 2008 to 2019, they were the Founder and Lead Pastor of Denver Presbyterian Church, where they demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindset and established a culture to attract highly educated and accomplished professionals. From 1993 to 2008, they worked at W. L. Gore & Associates, where they held two roles: Product Manager for Elixir Guitar Strings and New Product Development Engineer. As Product Manager, they shaped customer-driven product and technology strategy and created and implemented marketing strategies. As New Product Development Engineer, they expedited product design iteration, was awarded two US patents, and created prototype and production-level manufacturing processes.

Bill Connors received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1992. Bill then went on to earn their Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2007.
