Alonso also administered the company's CRM (Zoho CRM) and collaborated on Google Ads campaigns for lead generation. In 2018, they began working for EPC Escuelas Profesionales de Computación as a Coordinador de Ventas y Marketing, where they led the sales team (training, supervision, and advice). Alonso also implemented commercial and marketing strategies (inbound) and generated leads through Facebook Ads campaigns. Additionally, they worked as an Ejecutivo de Ventas, where they were responsible for generating sales of computer courses, making commercial sales pitches (in-person), and generating leads and new prospects.
Alonso Ruiz began their education in 2014, earning a Licenciatura in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. In 2017, they participated in a student exchange program at the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, studying Administration and Direction of Businesses. Alonso returned to the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México in 2021, where they are currently enrolled in a Diplomado Superior en Economía Financiera program.
