Claudia Gizela Sosa Ascencio

Claudia Gizela Sosa Ascencio has had a varied and extensive career in product management, design, and strategy. Claudia Gizela started in 2010 at ITT&ko as a Creativity & Strategy specialist. In 2011, they moved to Sosa Tech Advisors LLC as a Design Researcher. From 2013-2016, they worked at Funktionell, first as an Innovation Lead, creating new product and relationship opportunities, and then as Chief Operations Officer, directing the daily day operations and defining the company's medium and long term strategy. Claudia Gizela then moved to BBVA Bancomer, where they held the roles of Head of CX Design and Associate Director of Strategy & Service Design. In 2019, they joined Sofía as a Principal Product Manager and Senior Product Manager. Claudia Gizela also became a Partner in Crime at Workshop Toolkits, an initiative that helps plan and execute collaborative working sessions through downloadable specialized design kits.

Claudia Gizela Sosa Ascencio completed a Specialty in Product-System-Service Design at Politecnico di Milano from 2008 to 2009. Claudia Gizela then obtained an Industrial Design degree in Product Design from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2004 to 2010.
