Sami Karkkila

Sami Karkkila is the CEO of Sofigate. Sami has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries.

Sami started their career at TeliaSonera in 1997 as the Department Director of Business Networking Services. Sami then took on several other positions, including Business Area Manager for Unified Communications and Development Manager for Sonera Juxto Service Development. In 2006, Sami left TeliaSonera to join Logica as their Director for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Sami spent four years at Logica before moving to Siemens in 2010 as their Director, Sales and Business Relationship Management. Sami left Siemens in 2011 to join Atos as their Head of Sales for Finland and Director of Manufacturing, Retail, and Services for Nordic & Southwest Europe. Sami left Atos in 2014 to become the CEO of Sofigate.
