Sanna Suomela

Sanna Suomela is the Head of Business, Transformations at Sofigate. Sanna has over 20 years of experience in business development and management consulting.

Sanna started their career at Oracle in 1995 as a Managing Principal. Sanna then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001, where they worked as a Management Consultant until the company was acquired by IBM in 2003. Sanna stayed with IBM until 2012, when they left to join Sofigate.

At Sofigate, Sanna leads the team responsible for helping clients transform their businesses. Sanna is an expert in digitalization, change management, and organizational development.

Sanna Suomela has an MBA in Business Administration from Henley Business School, as well as selective studies in Social Psychology and Communication from the University of Helsinki. Sanna also has a Bsc in Computer Science from Espoo Business College. In addition, they are certified in Change Management from Prosci and Design Thinking from Design Thinkers Academy.
