Michael Paleari has a background in engineering for workplace and environmental safety. With experience in various roles such as HSE Project Manager, HSE Technical Leader, and consultant in health and safety, Michael has worked with a range of clients and industries. Their responsibilities have included managing teams of specialized technicians, providing safety consultancy, overseeing quality management, and delivering safety training programs. With a degree in Engineering for Workplace and Environmental Safety, Michael also holds a qualification as a RSPP (prevention and protection service manager). Prior to their safety-focused roles, Michael worked in customer-facing positions at Esselunga as a cashier and at a BBQ Restaurant as a waiter while studying at the University of Insubria.
