Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and business process management. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included leading Pega presales and consulting, managing RF(x), and building customer demo solutions. Sebastiraj's career also encompasses significant roles as a Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, and as a BPM Architect at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications, where expertise in BPM platform architecture, process optimization, and team management was developed.
