Apurva Gadwanshi

Apurva Gadwanshi has been in the professional workforce since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Project Consultant for a Confidential company. In 2014, they joined Occams Business Research and Consulting Private Limited as an Associate Analyst, where they learned market research methodologies and applied them to Market Research Reports. In 2015, Apurva began working for BatchMaster Software Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Coordinator (BaseCamp StartUps). Apurva'srole included creating project plans in MS Project for all major and minor releases, introducing a semantic versioning concept for versioning control in external and internal releases, creating weekly status reports, management meetings presentations, KPIs reports, and TS reports for higher management and stakeholders. In 2017, Apurva joined Sofmen Inc. as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator. As Project Manager, they were responsible for streamlining the project management process to manage multiple projects from kick-off to wrapping up the projects and managing multiple teams including development Team and QA team. In the same year, they also joined Moonraft Innovation Labs as a Project Lead.

Apurva Gadwanshi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from MEDICAPS INSTITUTE OF TECHNO MANAGEMENT, INDORE between 2008 and 2012. Following this, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Financial Administration from INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, DAVV, INDORE between 2012 and 2014. In June 2020, they obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf.
