Leidy Yong

Leidy Yong has extensive experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as QC Manager at Soft Gel Technologies, Inc. since June 2002, where responsibilities include supervising lab members and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. Previous roles in the company included QC Supervisor, focusing on routine testing and compliance oversight, and QC Chemist I-III, where Leidy Yong provided training and support in various analytical techniques. Prior to this, Leidy volunteered as a researcher in the UCLA Chemistry department, contributing to a project on chiral hydroxy acetate synthesis, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from UCLA.
