Liz Galligan, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resource Manager at SoftLite Windows & Doors, a leading manufacturer of custom-made vinyl windows and doors, since January 2022. Previously, Liz held the role of Human Resource Manager and Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Great Lakes Cheese, where responsibilities included employee relations and performance management for over 500 employees. Liz's career in human resources began at Valtris Specialty Chemicals as a Human Resources Generalist, following roles at InterDesign, Inc. and Adecco Staffing. With experience starting from an internship in human resources at Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio, and earlier as a Community Assistant at Ohio University, Liz possesses a solid foundation in organizational communication and human resource management, having earned a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in 2009.
