Ruslan Matuzau

Ruslan Matuzau has a diverse work experience that spans over 10 years. Ruslan started their career in 2006 as a Front-Office Manager at Meliá Hotels International, where they worked for over 5 years. During their time there, they progressed through various front-office roles and gained experience in finance, sales, and marketing.

In 2013, Ruslan joined ASBIS as a Business Development Manager, where they worked for 2 years. Ruslan then moved on to Softarex Technologies, Inc. in 2015, initially as a Business Development Manager. Ruslan later took on the role of VP Business Development in September 2016.

Throughout their career, Ruslan has demonstrated strong business development skills and a comprehensive understanding of front-office operations.

Ruslan Matuzau attended BSEU (Belarusian State Economics University) from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Hospitality Management. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Football Tactical Analysis from Barça Innovation Hub - Universitas.
