Naomi Pan

Naomi Pan is an experienced legal professional specializing in structured finance and capital markets, currently serving as Corporate Counsel at SoftBank Group Corp. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Naomi held various positions at Linklaters from March 2015 to February 2022, advancing from Trainee Legal Advisor to Managing Associate in Structured Finance & Derivatives. Naomi commenced the legal career with a role as a Vacation Clerk at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in February 2014 and gained experience as an Australian Clerk at Linklaters later that year. Naomi also contributed as a PASS Facilitator at the University of Sydney from January 2012 to June 2014.
