Irena Coltsova

Irena Coltsova is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial operations and treasury management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Finance Operations & Treasury at Softchoice since 2016, Irena has successfully led the implementation of the SAP Procure-to-Pay system, managed a team of 15, and strengthened financial compliance and relationships. Recognized with the Excellence Award in 2021 and the President’s Club designation, Irena's responsibilities include overseeing cash flow management, vendor relationships, financial analysis, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Previous roles included Accounting Manager and Controller at Hitachi Solutions Canada, where Irena enhanced financial policies and led significant system migrations, as well as experience at Ideaca and Symtech in various financial and accounting roles. Irena holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova.
