Jimmy Briand

Jimmy Briand has extensive experience in the educational sector, currently serving as Client Executive for the Educational Sector at Softchoice since November 2015. Prior to this, Jimmy held a similar role at Metafore from September 2014 to November 2015, where responsibilities included client training on new products, managing customer satisfaction, and developing the educational territory in Quebec. Jimmy's career also includes significant experience at Lenovo from 2004 to 2014, occupying various positions, including Account Executive for Education and Corporate Accounts, where responsibilities encompassed client training, contract management, and participation in industry conferences. Earlier, at IBM Canada from 1998 to 2004, Jimmy provided technical support and managed a help desk team, gaining a strong foundation in technical services and solutions. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from McGill University and a college diploma in Pure Sciences from Cégep de Rimouski.
