Lori Palarchio

Lori Palarchio, CHRL, GPHR, serves as the Director of HRBP at Softchoice since August 2017, following a distinguished career that includes roles such as Director of Human Resources for Cloud and Senior HR Business Partner at Ingram Micro, as well as Director of Human Capital at BCS Global Networks Limited, where comprehensive HR functions were overseen globally. Prior experience includes significant contributions as HR Manager at Lumen Dynamics, where a foundational HR department was established and voluntary turnover significantly reduced. Lori's career commenced with HR-focused positions at Bridgepoint, Tuff Control Systems, AppleOne Employment Services, and Paramount Canada's Wonderland. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Western University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College, supplemented by studies at the Bader International Study Center in the UK.
