Pete Morra

Pete Morra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and social impact management. Currently serving as the Sr. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager and Sr. Social Impact Manager at Softchoice since 2016, Pete leads initiatives that empower individuals through digital skills and economic opportunities while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Prior to this role, Pete managed internal communications and community initiatives at Starbucks, successfully launching programs to support at-risk youth and driving communication strategies for 16,000 employees. Previous experience includes managing communications at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, OLG, Helix BioPharma Corp., and Bell Canada. Pete holds multiple academic credentials, including a recent degree in Inclusion by Design from the University of Toronto and a Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
