Brandi Fliegelman

Brandi Fliegelman serves as the Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Universal Parks & Resorts since October 2022, following a progression of roles within the organization, including Manager and Senior Coordinator in HR Operations. Prior experience includes positions such as Social Services Manager at PACE Center for Girls, Lead Clinician at Big Bear Behavioral Health, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida, where Brandi taught courses on social justice. Additional contributions to the field include leadership as the LGBT Task Force Chair for the ACLU and extensive clinical experience at Children's Home Society of Florida and Orlando Health. Brandi holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida, along with certificates in Children's Services and an Academic and Cultural Exchange from Universidad de Costa Rica.
