Suzan Belsito has extensive experience in customer success and product management, currently serving as Supervisor of Customer Success at Softchoice since April 2014. In this role, Suzan acts as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of accounts, focusing on driving product adoption and maximizing customer retention. Responsibilities include developing customer engagement campaigns, maintaining meaningful contact with clients, solving customer issues, and advocating for product feedback.
