Matheus Bierhalz started their work experience in 2019 as an Estagiário at Mesp - Máquinas Especiais, where they worked until May 2020. Matheus then joined John Deere as an Estagiário from February to December 2021. Most recently, Matheus began working at Anota AI in January 2022 as an Implementation Success Manager. Matheus later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Operations, where they are currently employed.

Matheus Bierhalz pursued their education at the Universidade Federal de Pelotas from 2017 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Production Engineering.

In addition to their degree, Matheus has also acquired several certifications. In June 2019, they obtained a "Proficiência em Língua Inglesa" certification from TopWay. Following that, in March 2022, they received the "Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate" from CertiProf.

Continuing their professional development, Matheus acquired certifications including "Customer Experience Management" from FIAP and "Customer Experience (CX)" from Escola Conquer, both in June 2022. Matheus further enhanced their skills with certifications in "Comunicação e Oratória" from Escola Conquer in July 2022 and "OKR: Construindo metas ágeis" from Alura in August 2022. Matheus also completed a certification in "Liderança de Alta Performance" from G4 Educação in August 2022 and "Imersão em Customer Success" from CustomerX in October 2022.

To diversify their knowledge, Matheus also achieved certifications in "Gestão de Operações" from Insper in February 2023 and "Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt" from FM2S Educação e Consultoria in April 2023.
