Andrey Chernoshey has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andrey began their career at Exadel in 2005 as a Lead Test Engineer before moving on to Exigen Services as a Lead Automation Test Engineer in 2008. In 2010, Andrey joined SoftClub as a Project Manager and later transitioned to EPAM Systems as a Team Lead in 2015. In 2016, they co-founded Bidmart, an e-procurement tool, before taking on the role of Deputy Chief Executive at BYNEX.IO in 2019. In 2017, Andrey returned to SoftClub as the Head of Products. Most recently, they joined SilenceSoft in 2022 as the Chief Business Officer.
Andrey Chernoshey completed their Engineer's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Belarusian State University. Andrey attended the university from 2002 to 2008.
