Gohar Galstyan

Gohar Galstyan has extensive experience in HR recruitment and retention, having worked in various roles at Beeline Armenia and Vimpelcom. Currently, Gohar is the Head of recruitment and organizational development department at SoftConstruct. Gohar is skilled in organizing interviews, preparing vacancy announcements, screening resumes, managing exit interviews, and coordinating activities to improve the company's positioning in the labor market. Gohar also conducts training sessions for managers and performs division head duties when needed.
