Olena Bratseiko

Olena Bratseiko has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Olena started their career in 1998 as an Engineer at the Ukraine Academy of Sciences, Scientific Center "Institute of Nuclear Research," where they focused on researching and exploring theoretical issues related to nuclear reactors.

In 1999, they joined Ukrainian Financial Server as an Information Department Manager. Olena held this role until 2001 when they joined Softline as a Public Sector Projects Department Specialist in the same year. At Softline, they transitioned to the role of a Software Test Engineer in 2004, where they worked until 2006.

In 2006, Olena joined Softengi - Inspired Software Engineering, where they held several positions throughout their tenure. Olena started as a Senior Software Test Engineer and was responsible for planning and performing manual testing, analyzing test results, and communicating with developers and customers. In 2011, they became a QA Lead and continued to oversee the testing process and requirements clarification. Later, they served as a Scrum Master, ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies within the company. In 2016, they took on the role of Partner Project Manager, demonstrating their ability to effectively manage projects.

Olena Bratseiko obtained their Specialist degree in Heat and Power faculty, specializing in Nuclear power plants and installations, from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1992 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Radio-apparatus Structure from Kyiv College Radio-electronic Instrument (KTRP) from 1988 to 1992.

In addition to their formal education, Olena has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Olena completed the Big IT Project Management Program at MindsetPM in March 2021. In October 2020, they received a certification in Team Resilience from ScrumTrek. In September 2020, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF). In December 2018, they completed the PMP Certification Training Course offered by Spider Management Technologies Ukraine. In June 2014, they obtained the Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance. Prior to that, in October 2013, they obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Also in October 2013, they became a certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance.
