Tim Zaretski

Tim Zaretski is an experienced software development leader with a strong background in technical decision-making and team management. Currently serving as the Development Team Lead at Softensity Inc since January 2022, Tim has successfully led a team in creating a testing tool for automating regression testing across microservices. Previously, Tim worked at HCL Technologies as a .NET Developer, contributing to various internal projects, and held the position of Team Lead at SiliconMint, overseeing the development of products using Microservices architecture. Tim’s earlier experience at EPAM Systems included roles as Lead Software Developer and Team Lead, where performance optimization and RPA competency were key focuses. Tim began a career in software engineering at Encounter Ltd and OCSICO, developing web platforms and e-learning solutions. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw.
