Tatyana Gorelova

Tatyana Gorelova is currently working at Softeq as the Head of Talent Acquisition since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Softeq as a Lead Recruiter from June 2018 to September 2021, and as a Recruiter/HR Manager from February 2018 to June 2018. Before joining Softeq, Tatyana worked at SaM Solutions as an IT Recruiter from April 2016 to February 2018, and at Intella Personnel as an IT Talent Sourcer/Recruiter from December 2014 to April 2016.

Tatyana Gorelova attended the School of recruitment HRPR in Belarus in 2014. In 2015, they obtained a certification in English for IT from the Educational Center of HTP "IT Academy". In 2016, they attended the 4th International IT HR Forum "IT Recruitment & Management 3.0" in Kiev, Ukraine. In 2017, they received training in "Epistolary recruiting" from Indigo - IT-recruitment agency. In 2020, they obtained certifications in IT Recruiting Conference from TechRec and in Online Conference from HRgile.club. In 2020, they also completed the Kanban System Design (KMP I) course from Kanban University. In 2022, they received a certification in Strategic Recruitment for the Workplace of the Future from Udemy. Lastly, they are expected to obtain a certification in Business Presentations B2-C1 from EnRu.me in 2023.
