Allyshia Dycus

Allyshia Dycus possesses extensive experience in program coordination, training, and conflict resolution, currently serving as an Onboarding Coordinator at SofterWare, Inc. Since 2014, Allyshia has been the Program Director for the Emotional and Social Intelligence Program (ESIP) and has previously held various roles including Program Specialist at Valley Youth House and Assistant to Director/Program Facilitator at The Peace Center, where significant contributions included the Girls Unlimited program and multicultural curriculum transformation. Additional experience includes designing educational programs for urban youth and conducting emotional intelligence training as an intern for the International Peace and Conflict Resolution Program. With a Master's degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from Arcadia University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Roanoke College, Allyshia has demonstrated strong skills in program development and implementation across diverse educational and community settings.
