Jennifer Streitwieser

Jennifer Streitwieser currently serves as a Partner in the Organization & Culture Practice at Heidrick & Struggles since September 2021, while also being a member of the Board of Advisors for SofterWare, Inc. Previously, Jennifer held various senior roles at Korn Ferry, including Senior Client Partner and Head of Digital Organizational Strategy for North America, where responsibilities included advising top global clients on employee experience and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Other notable positions include Senior Vice President of Operations at Day & Zimmermann and Founding Partner at The Diagonal Group. Jennifer holds an MBA in Management from The Wharton School and a BA from Georgetown University.
