Kristin Kori

Kristin Kori is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software implementation, technical support, and education. Currently serving as a Merchant Account Specialist at SofterWare, Inc. since June 2021, Kristin assists customers with payment gateway inquiries and configurations. Prior roles include Software Implementation Specialist at Procare Solutions, where Kristin created user-friendly online registration forms, and a decade-long tenure at SofterWare, Inc. in various capacities focused on integrating online registration with child care management systems. Kristin's earlier career includes teaching mathematics at the middle and high school levels, as well as technical roles at Towers Perrin and Merrill Lynch, where KRISTIN supported participants in defined-benefit and 401(k) plans. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Lehigh University and a PA Instructional I Certification in Mathematics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
