Miloš Čalija has been working in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Engineering since 2008. In 2008, they began working at Tarkett D.O.O. as a BI Specialist, where they were responsible for designing and implementing Data Warehouse, ETL-ELT, OLAP cubes, Microsoft SQL Server performance tuning, IBM Cognos development, C# development, creating multidimensional reports, and providing user trainings. In 2015, they moved to Avira as a Senior Business Intelligence Expert, where they identified business metrics related to company goals and reviewed existing business processes. In 2018, they joined Clariness as Head of Business Intelligence, where they were accountable for identifying, shaping and delivering a Business Intelligence platform and Analytics strategy, as well as data governance, data tracking roadmap, and ad-hoc analyses. Currently, they are the Head of BI & Data Engineering at SOFTGAMES.

Miloš Čalija obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Sciences and Information Technologies from the Faculty of Technical Sciences - Novi Sad in 2007. In 2015 they obtained a Certificate in Computer Science from Microsoft.
