Vadim Sharko

Vadim Sharko has over 23 years of work experience in the software industry. Vadim is currently the Executive Director and Co-owner at Polytech Software since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Softheme as the CEO and Managing Partner from April 2006. Vadim also served as the Managing Director at DD Global East from July 2004 to January 2008. Before that, they held various positions at DD Labs, PopNet Kommunikation, Ukrainian National Institute of International Security Problems, and Kiev Computer Technology Company.

Vadim Sharko completed their post-graduate course in signal processing and software engineering from Kiev Control & Communications Institute, which they attended from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned their master's degree in signal processing and radio electronics from Kiev Radio Engineering Institute, where they studied from 1986 to 1991.
