Alison Martinez

Alison Martinez has a diverse work experience history. Alison started their career at Wyng as a Junior Accountant, where they handled various accounting tasks such as preparing expense reports and reconciling accounts. Alison then worked at Ellen Zombek CPA as an Accounting Assistant. After that, Alison joined Softheon, where they held multiple roles with increasing responsibility. Alison started as a Business Analyst, gathering and documenting business requirements. Alison then became an Associate Product Manager, where they communicated new processes and managed project requirements. Alison later transitioned to a Product Manager role, where they managed the entire lifecycle of a product and collaborated with engineering teams. Alison then became a Solutions Consultant, responsible for managing customer onboarding and translating Exchange requirements into Softheon's products. Currently, Alison is working as the Director of Business Operations at Softheon, where they are responsible for developing and monitoring Service Level Agreements, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, and driving business objectives. Alison is also an expert in process improvement and organizational design.

Alison Martinez obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Seton Hall University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. In 2019, they completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program at GoLeanSixSigma. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in April 2019. Other certifications include the Better Manager Leadership Development Program from BetterManager in May 2023, and various LinkedIn certifications such as Advanced SQL for Data Scientists, Introducing Robotic Process Automation, Agile Project Management Principles, Communication for Product Managers, Executive Presence for Women, Product Innovation for Product Managers, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap, SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis, Technology for Product Managers, and Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals, all obtained in late 2018 and early 2019.
