Marina Rudolph

Marina Rudolph is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Softheon, where employment began in March 2020. Marina's career in talent acquisition has included roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Associate, and Campus Recruiter within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Alumni Engagement Intern at SUNY Oneonta, where event planning and collaboration with executive board members were key responsibilities. Additionally, Marina spent time as an Event Planner at Lanyard Ladies, organizing children's parties in NYC and Long Island. Earlier roles at SUNY Oneonta also included planning a large-scale student research conference, which involved comprehensive event organization and volunteer management. Marina holds a degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta, complemented by minors in Event Planning and Business Communications.
