Abhishek Jadhav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer and Business Analyst at Softlink Global since August 2023, Abhishek is responsible for documenting release notes and standard operating procedures for in-house software solutions. Prior to this role, Abhishek was with Packt for nearly eight years, progressing through various positions including Quality Analyst, Senior Content Development Editor/Trainer, and Content Development Editor, where responsibilities included conducting product audits, leading quality review meetings, and mentoring authors.
