Lalith Withana

Lalith Withana is a highly qualified and respected Management Consultant who counts over 25 years of experience in organization development, business transformation, finance, human resources, manufacturing, supply chain, market development, public sector and project management. Withana has an extensive and proven track record of driving high performance at several multinational companies such as ABN – AMRO, IBM, Ernst & Young, Yamaha (USA), Carson Cumberbatch, Brandix, Ceylon Tea Services and Sri Lankan Airlines. He has also held directorships at Bank of Ceylon, Seylan Bank, Dankotuwa Porcelain Ltd. and Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka. Withana holds a PMP from the esteemed Project Management Institute, USA, a BA (Hons) from the Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, as well as an MBA from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. He is also a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK as well as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
