Rajitha Narayana

Rajitha Narayana has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rajitha started their career as an Accounts Assistant at Indoscan (Pvt) Ltd in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Rajitha then moved on to Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC, where they held the position of Accounts Assistant from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Rajitha joined LaVilla Group of Hotels as a Property Accountant and worked there until 2017. Rajitha then transitioned to Mercantile Fortunes Insurance Brokers (Private) Limited, where they worked as an Executive in the Accounts department from 2017 to 2019.

More recently, Rajitha joined Softlogic Life in 2019, initially as an Assistant Manager in the Agency Channel Sales Support division, where they focused on Financial Operation and Compliance. In September 2022, they were promoted to the role of Manager for the same department.

Throughout their career, Rajitha has gained valuable experience in financial operations, compliance, and account management, showcasing their strong skills in these areas.

Rajitha Narayana has a diverse education history. In 1996, they started attending Maliyadeva College, where they pursued a G.C.E (A/L) degree in Mathematics. Rajitha completed their studies at Maliyadeva College in 2009.

In 2009, Rajitha enrolled at the University of Peradeniya and obtained a Certificate in Business English. Rajitha completed this program in 2011.

In 2014, Rajitha joined the Certified Management Accountants Sri Lanka and pursued an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Rajitha is currently studying in this program.

Additionally, in 2010, Rajitha attended the Association of Accounting Technicians Sri Lanka and obtained another Associate's degree, this time in Accounting and Finance.

Alongside their formal education, Rajitha has also acquired various certifications. In 2020, they completed certifications such as Six Sigma: Green Belt, Decision-Making Strategies, Outlook: Efficient Email Management, and Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn. Rajitha also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting & Business Studies from CMA Sri Lanka, although the specific details regarding the month and year of completion are unavailable.
