Davit Siradeghyan

Davit Siradeghyan is currently the engineering manager at Softr. Prior to that, they were the lead software engineer, mobile at DISQO from January 2019 to December 2021. There, they focused on designing, developing, and deploying iOS apps with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability. Davit also implemented and owned the architecture for the iOS platform, developed and maintained unit and integration tests, and integrated CI solutions for the project. Davit also took ownership for delivering key product aspects and features, and was responsible for phone and on-side interview processes. Davit was also responsible for team work processes such as refinement, planning, and backlog review. Furthermore, they successfully planned, organized, and executed iOS internship programs. Prior to DISQO, Davit was the head of iOS development at ZERØ from May 2018 to December 2018 where they were responsible for the successful execution of daily technical and non-technical activities of the iOS teams. Davit introduced and executed regular 1:1 meetings, code reviews, and performance reviews. Davit also introduced new architectural approaches for iOS application development, was responsible for architectural discussions and decisions, work prioritization and execution, new team member hiring, code quality, iOS teams engineering culture, technology stack and vision, and phone and on-side interview processes.

Davit Siradeghyan is currently a postgraduate student studying computer science at the State Engineering University of Armenia. Davit has also earned a master's degree in computer systems and informatics from the same school, as well as a bachelor's degree in the same field. Additionally, they have various certifications from LinkedIn in servant leadership, leadership mindsets, strategic thinking, transformational leadership, creating a culture of strategy execution, leading effectively, leading inclusive teams, transitioning from manager to leader, leadership foundations, and leading with emotional intelligence.

Davit Siradeghyan reports to Artur Mkrtchyan, Co-Founder/CTO. and Karen Baghdasaryan - Senior Software Engineer reports to Davit Siradeghyan. Davit Siradeghyan works with Ashot Karapetyan - Principal Software Engineer, Emil Saghatelyan - Engineering Manager, and David Malkhasyan - Head of Customer Support.
