Melika Džindo

Melika Džindo has extensive work experience, starting in 2008 with Raiffeisen BANK dd BIH. Melika'sroles at Raiffeisen BANK included Project Manager & Scrum Master, Direct Mailing Specialist, Marketing Budget Specialist, Marketing Communications Specialist, and Marketing Intern. Melika worked in these roles from 2008 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Softray Solutions as a Project Manager.

Melika Džindo completed their education at the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a Dipl. oec. degree in Banking and insurance. Prior to that, they attended Prva gimnazija Sarajevo from 2000 to 2004, though they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. In terms of additional certifications, Melika obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2020. Melika later went on to acquire the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in September 2022, followed by the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification in December 2022. Most recently, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) certification from Scrum.org in March 2023.
