Stanislav Shaydarov

Stanislav Shaydarov is currently the CEO of SoftServe Business Systems. Prior to this, they were a member of the board at Softserve Smart Solutions, where they managed a start-up company focused on IoT solutions for businesses. Before that, Shaydarov was the Managing Director of SoftServe QAD, where they oversaw ERP implementation projects with budgets up to 1 million USD. Under their supervision, the company increased 2 times in size. Shaydarov has also worked in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Lithuania, and Finland.

Stanislav Shaydarov has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IEDC - Bled School of Management and is certified in Professional Development Senior Level and Distribution Consultant from QAD. Stanislav also has a degree in Computer Engineering from State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'.
