Dima Ivanov

Dima Ivanov is currently the CTO for EMEA at SoftServe, where they leverage over 20 years of experience in the IT industry to drive digital transformation and deliver creative solutions for clients. Previously, Dima has held multiple leadership roles within SoftServe, including Project Manager, Senior Vice President of Technology, and Engineering Director, focusing on resource management, technical leadership, and project execution. They hold a Master’s degree and completed their postgraduate studies in Computer Science at Lviv Polytechnic National University. Dima is also actively involved in corporate social responsibility programs, emphasizing the importance of sustainability in business transformation.
