Hanna Matviychuk

Hanna Matviychuk is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as the Talent Operations Competence Partnership Team Lead at SoftServe since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team of Competence Partners and developing effective talent management and recruitment processes. With a diverse background in HR and executive search, Hanna also holds positions such as Managing Partner at SHARK Executive Search and has previously worked in various HR roles, including HR Director at Mens and Personnel Marketing Manager at LEONI Wiring Systems UA GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance from National University Lvivska Politechnika and a Master's degree in Psychology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, alongside certification from the Heidelberg Institute of Mediation.
