Hryhoriy Fil

Hryhoriy Fil is an experienced project and program manager with a focus on requirement analysis, budgeting, product design, and team development. Since May 2018, Hryhoriy has held senior positions at SoftServe, previously working as a project coordinator at ELEKS, where duties included risk analysis and team motivation. Hryhoriy's career also spans international logistics roles at Auto Standard Group and ICT-West Ltd., where responsibilities involved negotiations with suppliers and cost analysis. With a foundation in management from Lviv National Polytechnic University, Hryhoriy has been actively involved in various project management initiatives, including organizing international events and collaborations.
