Joanna Michalska

Joanna Michalska is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent management and people operations. Currently serving as Talent Success Lead at SoftServe since July 2022, Joanna manages over 20 DevOps Engineers and acts as a Resource Manager and Career Advisor for a team of 60, focusing on employee retention, coaching, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior roles include People Operations Specialist at Bitpanda, Senior HR Advisor at Shell, and HR Advisor at UBS, where Joanna provided comprehensive HR support, facilitated international transfers, and guided managers on HR policies. Joanna began their career as a Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions, sourcing talent for various sectors, including IT and finance. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Polish Philology and Cultural Studies and a Master of Arts in Culture and Media Management, both from Jagiellonian University.
