Jon O'Connell

Jon O'Connell currently serves as Vice President of North American Sales and Client Success in Healthcare and Life Sciences at SoftServe, a position held since 2022. Previously, Jon held significant roles at Slalom as Senior Principal and Principal in Healthcare and Life Sciences Business Advisory Services from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, Jon was the Principal and Owner of SecZetta from 2011 until its acquisition by SailPoint. Additional experience includes Senior Consultant roles at Systems Evolution, Inc. and Mass General Brigham, as well as a managerial position at UBS Investment Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
