Khrystyna MacHikha

Khrystyna Machikha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and project management, currently serving as a Data Science Team Manager at SoftServe since February 2016. In this role, Khrystyna coordinates the preparation and delivery of learning solutions tailored for Project Managers and Business Analysts, fosters Agile awareness, and organizes educational events. Prior to this, Khrystyna worked at Nestlé from June 2015 to January 2016 in roles such as Junior Professional Training Specialist and Junior HR Admin Specialist, where responsibilities included SAP processing, payroll administration, and reporting. Khrystyna holds a Master's Degree in Management of Innovative Activities from State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' and a Bachelor's Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
