Maria Mikicka is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at SoftServe since June 2019, Maria has previously held roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the DACH region at Honeywell, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers.
