Mariia Khymera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global talent operations and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Operations Competence Partner at SoftServe since February 2021. Previously, Mariia held the position of Recruitment Lead at N-iX, overseeing full life-cycle recruiting and managing a cross-functional team of over 25 recruiters on multiple projects. With a strong background in HR strategy development, Mariia has also worked as an HR Manager at Crowdin, where essential HR processes were established, alongside leading an educational initiative for developers and QA specialists. Mariia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from UCU Business School, complemented by degrees in Documentation Studies.
