Michael Kropyva

Michael Kropyva has over a decade of experience in information security, currently serving as the AVP of InfoSec at SoftServe since February 2014. In this role, Michael is responsible for establishing an enterprise security stance through policy, architecture, and training, while managing the InfoSec governance, risk management, and compliance processes in alignment with ISO 27001 standards. Prior to this, Michael held various positions at SoftServe, including InfoSec Director and Information Security Project Coordinator. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as the Chief of the Information Security Department at the Information Center of Lviv Railway from June 2006 to February 2014. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems and Information Security from Lviv Polytechnic National University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
