Olha Lytvyn

Olha Lytvyn is a Learning and Development specialist at SoftServe, dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences and fostering relationships. With a background in learning coordination, blended learning, and educational project management, they have successfully organized knowledge-sharing initiatives and developed engaging training programs. Olha has served as a Ukrainian Language Instructor at both Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas and the School of Ukrainian Language and Culture, where they facilitated remote teaching and supported educators in enhancing their teaching strategies. Additionally, Olha worked as a Blended Learning Coordinator at Ukrainian Catholic University, where they empowered educators, created high-quality educational content, and significantly grew the community's engagement.
