Sofiia Havryliv

Sofiia Havryliv has a diverse background in recruitment and coordination, currently serving as a Functional/BU Coordinator and Recruiter at SoftServe since November 2020. Prior to this role, Sofiia worked as a Talent Sourcer at StaffingPartner from September 2018 to November 2020, where a focus on cutting-edge sourcing technologies enhanced the quality and speed of talent searches. Sofiia also gained experience as a Freelance Recruiter between May 2018 and August 2018. Educationally, Sofiia holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Lviv Polytechnic National University, attained between 2012 and 2017.
