Yaroslav Kovalchuk

Yaroslav Kovalchuk is an experienced software engineer specializing in C++ and Go, currently serving as the Lead IoT C++/Go Engineer at SoftServe since July 2021, where the focus is on developing IoT solutions for smart agriculture and construction vehicles. In addition to this role, Yaroslav has held the position of Team Lead C++ at Amadeus since November 2018, working on integrating various ticket providers into the travel distribution system. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior C++ Developer at Ajax Systems, Tech Lead C++ at Lucky Labs, and Senior C/C++ Developer at EPAM Systems, where contributions were made to electronic trading systems for Barclays Capital Bank. Earlier positions involved developing products and systems at Serena Software, Luxoft, and IMAX. Yaroslav holds a Master's degree from The Kiev Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 2011.
