Yuliya Harashchuk

Yuliya Harashchuk is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employer branding, HR marketing, customer care, and project management. Currently serving as an Employer Brand Specialist at SoftServe since January 2024, Yuliya previously held the role of HR Marketing Specialist at StartupSoft from August 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included internal communication, employer brand research, and social media management. Prior to that, Yuliya worked as a Customer Care Manager at Crowdin, providing technical support and managing learning solutions, and as a Freelance Project Manager, focusing on technical documentation and team management. Yuliya also briefly worked as a Sales Manager at eMagicOne. Academically, Yuliya holds Master's degrees in Business English from Wyższa Szkoła Lingwistyczna w Częstochowie and Language Interpretation and Translation from Ternopil National Pedagogical University.
